An Evening of Food, Family and Fellowship.
On April 22, 2024, at 6:30 PM, FireK will host its 3rd Annual Heroes’ Night at the Barn at Sanderlin Horse Farm in Appling. Guests are treated to an evening of BBQ and live Blues music in one of the CSRA’s most desired event venues. Heroes’ Night was born of an intention to nurture community. It is a night to acknowledge the sacrifices of our recipients and the generosity of FireK sponsors, donors, and volunteers.
FOR INVITEES. Heroes Night is for FireK recipients, sponsors, donors, and volunteers. For invitees, there is no charge to attend. If you are an invitee, please follow the prompts to RSVP through this event site - or you can text 478-206-2909 or you can communicate with us through the FireK Facebook site. We ask that if you can, please RSVP to ensure we have plenty of food and drink to make Heroes' Night a success.
If you are attending, be sure to bring cash if you want to participate in the door prize raffle. We will also have FireK merchandise for sale - and are able to accept donations through various methods, including check, debit/credit card, Venmo, PayPal and CashApp.
HOST A HERO CAMPAIGN. It costs approximately $20.00 per guest to make Heroes' Night happen, and we do not ask invitees to pay for attending - this night is for them. We hope to have at least 100 guests attend to enjoy a catered meal, live Blues music, and the immeasurable encouragement of time spent with others who have walked the dark corridors of life after a cancer diagnosis.
